A handmade .925 sterling silver pendant set with a large, round royal blue lab-created sapphire of about 4 ct (flame-fusion, "Medium Blue 33"), precision cut in Ramon Tesoro's "Sunflower" design.
At 22 × 15 mm it's a statement piece, and the 5.5 × 6.5 mm bail fits most chains. One of a kind, and the exact pendant pictured. Chain not included unless stated.
